Travel up to 25% and ERP-driven execution are key parts of the job. Reporting to a Purchasing Manager, you will drive RFQs, track deliveries, and support strategic sourcing with a focus on safety and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of purchasing experience in procurement or manufacturing operations.
• Strong negotiation and supplier-management skills.
• Proficient with Excel and ERP reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support company-wide sourcing strategies for MRO and production categories.
• Process POs, track deliveries, and manage inventory using ERP system.
• Issue RFQs, evaluate bids, negotiate terms, and select suppliers based on total cost of ownership.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, logistics, and finance to define requirements.
• Manage supplier relationships and coordinate with logistics to optimize delivery and cost.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and contractual policies.
