Responsibilities

• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and support coordination of care with high-level customer service.
• Manage MRI and therapy schedules by coordinating calendars and minimizing conflicts.
• Verify insurance benefits and obtain prior authorizations for MRI and therapy as required; ensure pre-appointment documentation is complete.
• Provide patients with clear appointment information, instructions, and next steps.
• Coordinate across MOS locations to optimize scheduling for patient convenience and provider availability.
• Complete additional duties assigned by leadership.
