Qualifications

• 2+ years of healthcare experience (call center experience a plus).

Responsibilities

• Schedule consultations and follow-up appointments.
• Collect and update patient demographics and insurance information.
• Verify insurance eligibility and process referrals.
• Manage incoming calls and route messages appropriately.
