Qualifications

• Perform MRI examinations with protocols outlined by the Radiologist.
• Operate diagnostic MRI equipment and prepare the room for procedures.
• Schedule and transport patients, order supplies, and maintain inventory.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality and efficient care for all patients.
• Take all necessary safety measures to protect patients and staff.
• Complete yearly evaluations based on job responsibilities.

Skills

Licensure/Certification/Registration: ARRT (MR), BLS

Experience as an MRI Technologist

Knowledge of safety measures related to MRI

Education

Graduate of an AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology

MRI registry required at hire or within 6 months
