HCA Florida Trinity Hospital is seeking a Florida-licensed MRI Technologist to provide magnetic resonance imaging services. This full-time role requires weekend availability and commitment to patient care in a busy imaging department.

The candidate must hold ARRT MR certification, an active Florida license, and an Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology. BLS certification and strong interpersonal skills are essential for collaborating with radiologists and staff.

Qualifications

• Must hold Florida license and ARRT MR certification.
• Two years of diagnostic x-ray experience preferred.
• Associate degree in Radiologic Technology.
• BLS certification.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Obtain high-quality MR images using MRI equipment and optimize image quality.
• Select technical factors for all patients and administer contrast material as needed.
• Prepare and position patients while maintaining modesty and safety.
• Document clinical information in MEDITECH and obtain informed consent.
• Communicate effectively with patients, radiologists, and colleagues.
• Ensure equipment cleanliness and restock supplies to prevent cross-contamination.
• Accept on-call and call-back duties as required.
