Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform sophisticated MRI exams while ensuring patient safety and comfort. You will document findings, follow strict imaging protocols, and support post-processing tasks within a high-volume radiology department.

Qualifications

• Graduate of AMA approved Radiology Technology or MRI Program.
• Current BLS; ARRT registration; MRI registry within 12–24 months as required.
• Proficient in cross sectional anatomy and magnet safety.
• 1–2 years hospital experience preferred; PACS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and document patient information and safety precautions for MRI.
• Assess patient condition to determine exam suitability.
• Perform MRI exams with accuracy following protocols including post-processing.
• Document imaging into PACS and RIS with 100% accuracy.
• Maintain clean, safe environment and participate in quality improvement.
