Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform routine and advanced MRI exams while monitoring patient safety and care. The role requires ARRT MR, BLS, and at least two years in a hospital setting, with a sign-on bonus up to $20,000.

Responsibilities include patient information collection, exam appropriateness, and accurate documentation in RIS/PACS. Flexibility for overtime and coverage across sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Education: AMA approved Radiology Technology Program.
• Licensure: ARRT(R) with MR designation and BLS certification.
• Experience: Two years in a hospital setting; PACS knowledge preferred.
• Skills: Cross sectional anatomy and magnet safety competency.

Responsibilities

• Performs MRI procedures with accuracy and adheres to safety protocols.
• Obtains patient information and ensures exam appropriateness and safety.
• Utilizes RIS/PACS for study tracking, post-processing and QC.
• Maintains patient care standards and collaborates with the team.
