Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ MRI experience.
• ARRT or ARMRIT certification required.
• RT license required; MRI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs MR exams of various body regions as ordered by radiologist.
• Follows department protocols and supervising radiologist directives.
• Administers oral and intravenous contrast material and starts IV lines.
• Documents reactions and completes QA/ACR requirements.
• Maintains equipment start-up, calibration, and shutdown procedures.
• Responds to emergency requests within 60 minutes and supports patient care.
