Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health seeks an MRI Technologist to perform routine and advanced MRI procedures under supervision, ensuring patient safety and high-quality imaging. You will support a collaborative care team, adhere to protocols, and document all steps in RIS/PACS with 100% accuracy.

This role requires ARRT and BLS, 1–2 years hospital experience, and flexibility for overtime and on-call rotations across sites. Training on-site to meet magnet safety standards is expected.

Qualifications

• Education: AMA approved Radiology Technology or MRI Program.
• Maintains BLS; ARRT; annual CEUs.
• MRI registry within 12–18 months depending on training.

Responsibilities

• Operate MRI procedures with accuracy per departmental protocols.
• Document patient information and consent; manage contrast documentation.
• Ensure safety and magnet safety compliance at all times.
• Utilize RIS and PACS for tracking and QC of MRI studies.
