Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform routine and advanced MRI procedures in a department focused on patient safety and quality imaging. Flexible to cover shifts and other sites as needed, with holiday and on-call rotations.

A sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 is available. Responsibilities include accurate data collection, adherence to safety protocols, and precise imaging using RIS and PACS systems.

Qualifications

• Graduate of AMA approved Radiology Technology Program.
• ARRT MR certification and BLS required.
• Two years of hospital experience preferred.
• Proficient in magnet safety and cross sectional anatomy.
• Experience with PACS and RIS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtains and documents patient information for MRI exams.
• Performs MRI exams with high diagnostic accuracy per protocol.
• Utilizes RIS tracking and PACS QC procedures.
• Follows magnet safety and contrast safety protocols.
• Collaborates with team to ensure patient care and satisfaction.
