Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health in Danvers, MA is seeking a part-time MRI Technologist to perform routine and advanced MRI procedures under the MRI Supervisor. The role includes patient safety, documentation, and adherence to RIS/PACS workflows. Schedule: Friday & Saturdays 7am–7:30pm, with potential overtime and coverage at other sites.

Required: AMA-approved Radiology Program, BLS, ARRT, and magnet safety knowledge. 1–2 years hospital experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of AMA approved Radiology Technology or MRI Program.
• BLS; ARRT; Maintains licensure and CEUs annually.
• MRI certification within specified timelines if cross training.
• Proficient in Magnet safety and PACS workflows.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and document patient information for MRI procedures.
• Assess patient condition/status for MRI exam suitability.
• Perform MRI exams with accuracy following clinical protocols.
• Document imaging and patient data in RIS/PACS with 100% accuracy.
