Job summary

Qualifications

• ARRT MR or ARMRIT or ARRT(R) cross-trained in MRI
• BLS certification for healthcare providers
• IV Competency within 30 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Maintains ARRT or modality competency in clinical and technical functions
• Prepares patient identification, verifies orders, and positions for exam
• Performs MRI exams per protocol and reviews images for quality and accuracy
• Adheres to MRI safety guidelines and maintains a safe working environment
• Educates patients and assists colleagues on exam protocols and equipment
