Job summary

SimonMed Imaging seeks an MRI Technologist to deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging in a fast-paced outpatient setting in Sarasota, FL. You will apply MRI physics knowledge, select imaging protocols, and ensure patient comfort and safety during every scan.

Responsibilities include accurate image capture, strict adherence to safety zones, and clean documentation while mentoring teammates as needed. Excellent teamwork and patient communication are essential.

Qualifications

• ARRT-MR certification required and active licensure where applicable.
• Graduated from an accredited Radiologic or MRI Technology program.
• CPR/BLS certification current and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Operate MRI scanners to produce high-resolution diagnostic images.
• Follow MRI safety protocols and control zones I–IV.
• Maintain PACS imaging software usage and documentation.
• Manage workflow and support patient care during scans.
