Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited MR Radiologic Technology program.
• MRI experience preferred.
• KY Radiation Operator license preferred.
• ARRT MR certification within 2 years of employment or transfer.
• BLS certification within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Operates MRI scanner to acquire diagnostic images.
• Ensures adherence to safety protocols and staff training.
• Maintains patient records and screening forms.
• Performs quality assurance on MRI equipment as needed.
• Maintains HIPAA privacy and security compliance.
• Participates in department quality improvement initiatives.
