Job summary

Hmixray in United States (TX, Tomball) is seeking an MRI Technologist to join a patient‑focused imaging team. You will perform high quality MRI exams, ensure safety, administer contrast when needed, and optimize imaging parameters for excellent results.

The ideal candidate holds ARRT MR or ARMRIT certification, a state license if required, and a valid BLS credential, with at least one year of imaging experience. Competitive pay is offered with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT certification is required.
State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology if applicable.
BLS certification is required.
A venipuncture certificate may be required depending on state regulations.
At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform high quality MRI exams on incoming patients.
Assure patient safety by adhering to company policies and established protocols.
Administer contrast as needed, in a safe and effective manner.
Understand and adjust TR, TE, flip angle, slice thickness, acquisitions, FOV and other factors to produce high quality images.
Guide patients through the exam process and address questions or concerns.
Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients.
Safeguard patient health information and property.
Safeguard on-site medications according to policies and legal requirements.
Demonstrate professional behavior toward patients and coworkers.
Respect patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities in all interactions.
Interact diplomatically and sympathetically with patients, families, and the public in a clinical setting.
Develop and maintain cooperative working relationships.
