Job summary

Hmixray is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform high-quality MRI exams and ensure patient safety in a dynamic radiology setting. You will administer contrast, adjust imaging parameters, and guide patients through procedures while maintaining patient privacy and professional conduct.

The role requires ARRT(R)(MR) or ARMRIT certification, BLS, and relevant state licensure. Prior diagnostic imaging experience is preferred. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• ARRT(R)(MR) or ARMRIT certification is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology if applicable.
• At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform high quality MRI exams on incoming patients.
• Assure patient safety by adhering to company policies and established protocols.
• Administer contrast as needed in a safe and effective manner.
• Adjust TR, TE, flip angle, slice thickness, acquisitions, and field of view to produce high-quality images.
• Guide patients through the exam process and address questions and concerns.
• Respond to physician questions regarding patient imaging needs.
• Safeguard patient health information and property.
• Safeguard medications and respect patient privacy and confidentiality.
• Demonstrate professional behavior with patients and coworkers, respecting boundaries and cultural sensitivities.
• Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
