Job summary

Wellstar Health System in Georgia is seeking a dedicated MRI Technologist for the night shift. You will set up MRI procedures, position patients, ensure safety, and maintain image quality while delivering compassionate care.

The role requires an accredited Medical Technology program, ARMRIT or ARRT-MR certification, and at least 1 year of MRI experience. We offer competitive hourly pay with shift differential, sign-on/relocation incentives, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Accredited Medical Technology program completed.
• ARMRIT or ARRT-MR certification required upon hire.
• Minimum of 1 year MRI experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate MRI equipment and position patients for procedures.
• Obtain clinical history, assess contraindications and ensure patient safety.
• Verify patient identity and proper labeling of studies.
• Process studies for PACS and maintain image quality.
