Job summary

Endeavor Health in Glenview, IL is seeking an MRI Technologist II to operate MRI equipment and support diagnostic imaging. You will prepare patients, obtain history, explain procedures, and ensure patient comfort during scans.

Responsibilities include reviewing images for quality and assisting with post‑procedural care across all ages. A $10,000 sign‑on bonus is offered to eligible candidates. This is a full-time role with evening hours and rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• Certification or Associate's degree in Radiology from an accredited program.
• CPR required, ARRT‑MR or ARMRIT credential.
• License: IEMA not required.
• Experience: Previous MRI Technologist experience required.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.

$35.35 - $54.79 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights

• Full Time/Part Time: Full time
• Hours: M-F 11am-7pm, rotating weekends

What You Will Do

• Perform MRI exams for use by physicians in diagnosing and treating patient illness and/or injury, in accordance with departmental standards, policies and procedures
• Prepare patients for exam: obtain and record history, explain procedures, position patients and ensure their comfort
• Review MRI images to ensure optimum quality
• Assist with patient/family participation in post‑procedural care for all age groups and provide resource information, as directed

What You Will Need

• Education: Certification or Associate’s degree in Radiology from an accredited program
• Certification: CPR required, ARRT- MR or ARMRIT
• License: IEMA (not required)
• Experience: Previous MRI Technologist experience required
• Preferred Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills required
