Qualifications

• Non CertifiedRequired: Associate’s degree or diploma from a two-year college or technical school or minimum 6 months related experience and/or training.
• CertifiedRequired: ARRT certification and Montana licensure or eligibility, BLS, and additional certification within 18 months.

Responsibilities

• Access and update patient medical records in the Hospital EMR system.
• Explain imaging procedures to patients and obtain cooperation.
• Position patients and operate imaging equipment as directed by Radiologist.
• Monitor patients during procedures and maintain safety standards.
• Float to other departments as needed within scope of competency.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and maintain competency.
