Job summary

UofL Health is seeking an MRI Technologist to operate a magnetic resonance scanner, perform imaging per radiologist protocols, and ensure safety and quality of care. You will prepare contrast media, screen patients, and maintain records in a fast-paced radiology department.

Responsibilities include strict adherence to HIPAA, PPE usage, and ongoing participation in quality assurance programs, with certification through ARRT MR required within 2 years of employment.

Qualifications

• Perform MRI procedures with high-quality patient care and imaging standards.
• Maintain safety protocols and PPE usage during all imaging.
• Accurately document patient history, screening, and imaging data.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures per Radiologist’s protocols.
• Ensure compliance with safety goals and quality standards.
