Job summary

HCA Florida Largo Hospital in Largo, FL is seeking a Florida-licensed MRI Technologist to provide magnetic resonance imaging services with compassionate patient care. You will operate MRI equipment, select appropriate imaging parameters, and ensure high-quality images for interpretation.

Under the radiologist's direction, you will prep patients, administer contrast when needed, document clinical information in MEDITECH, and maintain equipment hygiene.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Florida license to practice radiology (CRT) and ARRT registry.
• Minimum 1–3 years of MRI technologist experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate MRI and related equipment to obtain high-quality MR images.
• Select proper technical factors/techniques and administer contrast as needed.
• Prepare, transfer and position patients ensuring modesty and safety.
• Document clinical information before exams and enter data into MEDITECH.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and stock necessary supplies.
• Accept on-call and call-back responsibilities as needed.
