Job summary

HCA Florida Bayonet Point Hospital in Hudson, FL seeks a Florida-licensed MRI Technologist for PRN coverage. Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in MRI or radiology.
• Current ARRT registry in MRI or related modality.
• Clear/active Florida Department of Health licensure (CRT).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of MRI equipment and protocols.
• Obtain high-quality MR images for interpretation.
• Select technical factors and administer contrast as ordered.
• Position patients ensuring modesty and safety with equipment.
• Document clinical information accurately in MEDITECH.
• Maintain communication with patient, radiologist and team.
• Monitor equipment and keep exam room stocked and clean.
• Accept on-call and call-back responsibilities as needed.
