Job summary

The candidate should have 1–3 years of MRI experience, current ARRT (R) and ARRT (MR) credentials, and active CRT licensure, plus BLS and strong teamwork skills.

Responsibilities include selecting proper technical factors, ensuring image quality, patient positioning, and accurate MEDITECH documentation.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years MRI Technologist experience
• Florida licensure (CRT) active
• Current ARRT (R) and ARRT (MR) credentials
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of MRI equipment and perform imaging procedures
• Obtain high-quality MR images suitable for interpretation
• Select appropriate factors/techniques and manage contrast administration
• Prepare and position patients while maintaining modesty and safety
• Document clinical information accurately in MEDITECH
• Communicate effectively with patients, radiologists and team members
• Ensure equipment is functioning, clean and stocked; prevent cross-contamination
• Accept on-call and call-back responsibilities as needed
