Job summary

HCA Florida Citrus Hospital is seeking an MRI Technologist PRN to provide magnetic resonance imaging services to patients. The ideal candidate will possess Florida licensure and be responsible for performing MRI procedures with compassion.

Responsibilities include demonstrating knowledge of MRI equipment, facilitating procedures, maintaining communication with patients, and ensuring cleanliness of the imaging area. The position offers comprehensive benefits and education support.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years previous experience as an MRI Technologist.
• Clear/active State of Florida Department of Health licensure (CRT).
• Valid ARRT (R) and ARRT (MR).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Obtain high-quality MR images for interpretation.
• Facilitate MRI procedures with appropriate techniques and contrast materials.
• Document pertinent clinical information and obtain informed consent.
• Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and stock necessary supplies.
