Job summary

Duke Regional Hospital in Durham, NC is seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to perform a variety of advanced tasks with high-field magnets. You will screen patients for MR safety, assist radiologists, and manage contrast administration and imaging quality across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Graduate or completion of program that meets eligibility requirements for registry/certification.
• ARRT/ARMRIT MR certification needed within 18 months of employment for levels as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Screen patients for MR safety prior to procedure performance.
• Assist radiologist with protocoling and performance.
• Operate MRI equipment and administer contrast media as directed.
• Evaluate MR scans for technical quality and label appropriately.
