Job summary

Duke University Health System in Durham, NC is seeking an MRI Technologist for the Imaging Centers Arringdon location, Monday–Friday, 3pm–11pm. The role involves high field MRI operation, patient safety, and collaboration with the imaging team.

Minimum two years MR experience with appropriate ARRT certifications, and readiness to complete MR credentialing within 12 months. This on-site position offers relocation support and a commitment bonus as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Completion of a 24-month AMA approved School of Radiologic Technology with MR training or equivalent.
• Graduates of a bachelor's in Radiology with MR rotation are eligible.
• ARRT certification in Radiography and MR within 12 months of employment may be required.

Responsibilities

• Operate high field MRI scanners to produce diagnostic images.
• Screen patients for MR safety and maintain patient comfort and safety.
• Evaluate image quality and ensure accuracy in labeling and tracking.
