Job summary

Renown Health seeks an MRI technologist to perform diagnostic MRI scans and assist the radiologist in MRI procedures while ensuring patient safety and care.

You will operate multiple MRI systems, maintain image quality, and apply HIPAA standards. The role requires effective communication with physicians and staff, the ability to work under pressure, and willingness to standby after hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of English (reading/writing/speaking).
• Active MRI registration with ARRT or ARMRIT at time of hire.
• Experience in Radiology; training of others preferred.
• BLS certification within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Produce diagnostic MRI scans and assist radiologist in procedures.
• Maintain image quality and adapt to artifactual challenges.
• Uphold HIPAA standards and patient confidentiality.
• Standby after hours and respond to on-call requirements.
