Responsibilities

• Operates MRI scanner for data acquisition and image reconstruction.
• Prepares and educates patients about MRI procedures.
• Screens patients for contraindications to magnetic fields.
• Performs quality control to ensure optimal image quality.
• Prepares images for transmission/filming for radiologist interpretation.
• Maintains safety in MRI and Environment of Care.
