Job summary

Responsibilities include patient positioning, contrast administration as ordered, and collaboration with Radiologist and healthcare team during procedures. Regular shifts with on-call may apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and approved Radiologic Technology program; 1 year experience in routine procedures.
• ARRT Registry in Diagnostic Radiology within 1 year is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Radiologic Technology may substitute for the required experience.
• Advanced registry is highly preferred for certain modalities.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI exams per physician orders and protocols.
• Screen patients for MRI contraindications and ensure safety.
• Explain procedures and maintain patient comfort during exams.
• Position patients to obtain optimal diagnostic images.
• Operate MRI equipment and monitor image quality; document in EMR/PACS.
