Job summary

Qualifications

• ARRT MRI certification required; new grads may qualify with temp credentialing.

Responsibilities

• Operate the MRI unit and select proper technical factors for each patient.
• Screen and position patients; obtain informed consent when needed.
• Calibrate, QA images, and troubleshoot equipment; assist radiologists.
• Maintain safety standards around strong magnetic fields and infection control.
• Support MRI student instruction and ongoing staff education.
