Job summary

SageWest Health Care – Lander is seeking a Radiologic Technologist with MRI expertise to join our Fremont County hospital. You will perform magnetic resonance imaging in accordance with scope and standards while ensuring patient safety and high-quality imaging.

Candidates should have JRCRTE education and ARRT certification, current BLS, and Wyoming licensure as required. One year of diagnostic imaging experience is preferred; strong communication and teamwork are essential to delivering

Qualifications

• Must read, write and speak fluent English.
• One year experience in diagnostic imaging preferred.
• ARRT registration and state licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, relay and document orders in the patient’s chart as allowed by policies.
• Provide education and prepare patients for procedures.
• Select and optimize MRI protocols while maximizing patient safety.
• Apply ALARA principles to minimize exposure.
• Postprocess images and ensure proper identification and archiving.
