Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking an Imaging Technologist to operate imaging equipment, produce diagnostic images, and assist Radiologists. You will update patient records, educate patients on procedures, and ensure radiation and magnetic field safety. The role requires ARRT certification, an AA/ diploma, and BLS.

Location: St James Hospital, Montana. The position includes 36 hours weekly with 8–10 hour shifts and potential on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or diploma from a two-year college or technical school, or 6 months to 1 year of related experience.
• ARRT certification in at least one modality within 18 months of hire and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Operate imaging equipment to produce diagnostic images under Radiologist direction.
• Input orders and update patient records, maintaining confidentiality per HIPAA.
• Educate patients on imaging procedures and safety, and monitor during procedures.
