Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking an Imaging Technologist to operate imaging equipment and produce diagnostic-quality images under Radiologist direction, ensuring patient safety and accurate documentation. The role requires ARRT certification, Montana licensure, and BLS.

Qualifications

Associate’s degree or diploma from a two-year college or technical school or minimum 6 months related experience and/or training.
ARRT (R)Additional Certification in at least one other modality within 18 months of hire
Current Montana Licensure
Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association

Responsibilities

Operate imaging equipment to produce quality diagnostic images as directed by Radiologist.
Input physician orders accurately to patient records.
Administer contrast media orally or intravenously per Radiologist guidelines.
Position patients on imaging tables and ensure safety for optimum views.
Monitor patient during procedures and maintain patient confidentiality.
