Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking an Imaging Technologist to operate imaging equipment and produce diagnostic images under Radiologist guidance. You will explain procedures, ensure safety, and maintain patient records in a hospital setting.

This role requires ARRT radiography certification, Montana licensure or eligibility, and current BLS. You may rotate shifts at St James Hospital, with full-time 36 hours per week and on-call expectations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or diploma from a two-year program in imaging or radiologic technology.
• ARRT Radiography certification and Montana licensure or eligibility.
• Current BLS certification and ability to read medical records.

Responsibilities

• Operate imaging equipment to produce diagnostic quality images as directed by a Radiologist.
• Educate and prep patients on imaging procedures and safety.
• Input physician orders and maintain patient records following HIPAA guidelines.
• Monitor patients during procedures and ensure radiation safety and protection.
