- Relocation: This position is eligible for relocation assistance for those moving from outside the area.
- Base Wage: $45.46 - $65.01 per hour, based on experience and internal equity.
- Shift Differential: evening - $2.50/hr, night - $4.30/hr, weekend - $3.00/hr.

Responsibilities
IMAGING
- Provides quality images accurately and efficiently, utilizing all equipment and skills.
- Maintains competency in MRI.
- Positions patients, operates imaging equipment, sets exposure factors, and optimizes images.
- Uses computer processing for image enhancement.
- Prepares images and patient info for radiologist diagnosis.
- Assists with patient transport.
DOCUMENTATION
- Ensures complete documentation for accurate service.
- Verifies patient identity and reviews orders.
- Labels images properly and logs activities.
- Follows procedures and policies.
- Performs quality control and medication reconciliation as needed.
PERSONAL & PATIENT CARE AND SAFETY
- Ensures safety and proper procedures to prevent injury.
- Practices universal precautions and sterile techniques.
- Communicates effectively, considering patient age and condition.
- Monitors patient status and responds appropriately.
PROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR
- Maintains professionalism in communication, appearance, and conduct.
- Educates patients and families about procedures.
- Displays competency and maintains confidentiality.
- Handles stress positively and pursues ongoing education.
Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited Radiologic Technology or Allied Health Imaging program.
- One year MRI experience preferred; keyboard and electronic system skills required.
Licensure & Certification
- ARRT certification in Radiography or MRI required; MRI certification within six months if not already certified.
- State license in MRI required in Oregon.
- BLS/CPR certification required.
Pay Range
$45.46 - $65.01 per hour.
