If you’re ready to combine clinical expertise with meaningful progress, this is the place to do it. Hours of work: 40-hour work week, rotating schedule 7:30 am- 4:00 pm or 8:30-5:00 pm. Onsite position in Grand Rapids, MO.
Salary
$32.19-$48.29/hour (DEO) with comprehensive benefits
Job Responsibilities
As an MRI Technologist, you’ll be responsible for performing a wide range of MRI exams using advanced imaging protocols. You’ll work closely with leadership, radiologists, and researchers to deliver top-tier diagnostic images and exceptional patient care. You’ll explain procedures to patients, gather histories, and ensure safety throughout the scan process. Your role includes operating MRI equipment, administering contrast agents under physician guidance, screening for metal hazards, and conducting quality control checks to maintain equipment standards. You’ll also support department operations by managing records, scheduling exams, and keeping supplies stocked.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience. An Associate of Science degree is required, along with ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification and current BLS certification.
Preferred Attributes
The ideal candidate brings 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, with cross-training into PET (NMTCB) and MRSO certification considered a plus. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset are essential.
