Job Summary

Under general supervision, performs routine diagnostic procedures and may have individual responsibility for training and leading the work of other employees, with the knowledge, intensity and responsibilities as specified. Identifies each patient's requirements relative to his/her age-specific needs. Willingly performs others duties as requested.

Minimum Qualifications
  • AAS in Radiologic Technology or equivalent
  • NYS license/registration or eligible
  • ARRT certification (must obtain within one year of appointment)
  • Minimum of five years progressive technical experience
  • Current CPR certification
  • Registration certification for Contrast Injection (must obtain within 3 months of appointment)
Preferred Qualifications
  • AAS in Radiologic Technology or equivalent
  • NYS license/registration or eligible
  • ARRT certification (must obtain within one year of appointment)
  • Minimum of five years progressive technical experience
  • Current CPR certification
  • Registration certification for Contrast Injection
Work Days

40 hrs/week; specific days/hours to be determined. Will be required to work weekends and holidays on a rotational basis. Overtime may be required based on departmental needs.
