Job summary

Northside Hospital is seeking a qualified MRI Technologist to operate MRI equipment and create tomographic images for patients across age groups in an outpatient setting.

The role requires graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology or MRI program, ARMRIT MR or ARRT MR registries, and BLS certification. Two preferred credentials add value to candidate consideration.

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology or Accredited Magnetic Resonance Imaging Program.

Responsibilities

Magnetic Resonance Imaging equipment to produce tomographic films of designated portions of the human body for neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients in an outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology or Accredited Magnetic Resonance Imaging Program.


• Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT) with one (1) year of experience in diagnostic radiology or ARMRIT (MR) registry or ARRT (MR) only registry in lieu of ARRT (RT) certification and diagnostic radiology experience.


• Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support
