Job summary

Northside Hospital is seeking a Radiologic Technologist with MRI specialization to operate MRI equipment and produce tomographic films for patients in an outpatient setting.

REQUIRED include graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology or MRI program, active RT or MR registration, and current American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification. Preference for additional MRI experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology or Accredited Magnetic Resonance Imaging Program.
• Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT) with one year of experience in diagnostic radiology or ARMRIT (MR) registry or ARRT (MR) registry in lieu of ARRT (RT) certification and diagnostic radiology experience.
• Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Operate Magnetic Resonance Imaging equipment to produce tomographic films for neonate to geriatric patients in an outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

Magnetic Resonance Imaging equipment to produce tomographic films of designated portions of the human body for neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients in an outpatient setting.

Qualifications

REQUIRED

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology or Accredited Magnetic Resonance Imaging Program.


• Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT) with one (1) year of experience in diagnostic radiology or ARMRIT (MR) registry or ARRT (MR) only registry in lieu of ARRT (RT) certification and diagnostic radiology experience.


• Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support

PREFERRED

• Registered MRI Technologist by ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT (MR)


• One (1) year of training and experience in MRI.

Work Hours:

8:00am - 4:30pm
