Job summary

Northside Hospital Inc. seeks a skilled MRI Technologist to operate MRI equipment and produce high-quality tomographic films for patients across all ages in an outpatient setting.

qualifications include graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology or MRI program, ARMRIT or ARRT MR registrations, and American Heart Association BLS certification. Work hours include Sun 7:30a-6p and Mon/Tues 7a-8:30p.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology or Accredited Magnetic Resonance Imaging Program.
• Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT) with one year of experience in diagnostic radiology or ARMRIT (MR) registry or ARRT (MR) registry in lieu of ARRT (RT).
• Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support.

Responsibilities

• Operate MRI equipment to produce tomographic films for neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients in an outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

Magnetic Resonance Imaging equipment to produce tomographic films of designated portions of the human body for neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients in an outpatient setting.

Qualifications

REQUIRED

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology or Accredited Magnetic Resonance Imaging Program.
• Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT) with one (1) year of experience in diagnostic radiology or ARMRIT (MR) registry or ARRT (MR) only registry in lieu of ARRT (RT) certification and diagnostic radiology experience.
• Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support

PREFERRED

• Registered MRI Technologist by ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT (MR)
• One (1) year of training and experience in MRI.
