Job summary

Northside Hospital in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our Radiology team. The role focuses on operating MRI equipment to acquire high-quality tomographic images for neonate through geriatric patients in outpatient imaging centers.

The ideal candidate is a Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology or MR program, with RT certification or ARMRIT/ARRT MR registries, and current American Heart Association BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology or Accredited Magnetic Resonance Imaging Program.
• Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT) with one (1) year of experience in diagnostic radiology or ARMRIT (MR) registry or ARRT (MR) only registry in lieu of ARRT (RT) certification and diagnostic radiology experience.
• Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support

Responsibilities

• Operate Magnetic Resonance Imaging equipment to produce tomographic films of designated portions of the human body for neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients in an outpatient setting.

• Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT) with one (1) year of experience in diagnostic radiology or ARMRIT (MR) registry or ARRT (MR) only registry in lieu of ARRT (RT) certification and diagnostic radiology experience.
• Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support

PREFERRED

• Registered MRI Technologist by ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT (MR)
• One (1) year of training and experience in MRI.
