Piedmont Rockdale Hospital is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform diagnostic MR imaging under radiologist supervision. Responsibilities include patient care across all ages, adherence to magnetic safety standards, and delivering advanced imaging procedures.
Requirements include AMA approved Radiologic Technology program, JRCERT training, and ARRT MR certification with BLS; on-site position in Conyers, GA with sign-on bonus eligible for eligible applicants.

Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) technologists utilize the resonant frequency properties of atoms within a magnetic field to image anatomic and/or physiologic conditions of the body to assist physicians in the diagnosis of disease. MR technologists perform diagnostic magnetic resonance examinations in accordance with all prescribed standards under the direct guidance of the supervising Radiologist. MR Technologists provide patient care to all age groups to include neonatal, pediatrics, adult, and geriatrics. Adheres to all safety requirements for magnetic safety. Demonstrates ability to perform advance MR imaging procedures and is competent/proficient with cross-sectional anatomy and physiology. Provides more complex technical care necessary to meet identified patient needs.
