Job summary

Jobot is seeking an MRI Technologist for a West Village imaging center in New York City. The position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with no on-call, nights, or weekends.

Responsibilities include preparing patients, screening, and performing MRI exams across various body regions. NY licensure, ARRT MR, IV contrast BLS are required; MRI experience preferred. Compensation is $55–$64 per hour.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program, required.
• New York State licensure as Radiologic Technologist with IV contrast certification, required.
• ARRT registration, required.
• MR(RT)(ARRT) required within eighteen (18) of entry date.
• BLS or BCLS certification, required.
• Prior radiology experience, MRI preferred.
• Knowledge of MRI equipment and protocols, required.

• Performs MRI procedures to include: abdominal, thoracic, neurological exams, extremities, sub-periosteal implant planning, radiation therapy treatment planning, biopsies etc.

Job Qualification

• Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS or BCLS), required.
• Prior radiology experience, required. Experience in MRI, preferred.
• Knowledge of MRI equipment and protocols, required.
