Job summary

Twin Cities Orthopedics is seeking a part-time Patient Services Representative – MRI to handle patient registrations, scheduling, and prior authorizations across multiple clinics. This role requires strong customer service and familiarity with healthcare processes.

The position supports the MRI scheduling workflow at Woodbury and Stillwater locations and may travel between sites. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, experience in a medical office or customer service, and

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience required.
• Insurance prior authorization experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients; collect insurance info and photo ID.
• Answer scheduling and authorization questions via phone queue.
• Verify insurance information and document it per policy.
• Schedule patients accurately in the practice management system.
• Coordinate prior authorizations and follow up.
• Communicate appointment details and be flexible across locations.
• Travel to multiple clinic locations as needed.
