Job summary

Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital in Jamaica Plain, MA, is seeking a MR Patient Coordinator to support MR workflow under the Radiology leadership. You will schedule Emergency and Inpatient MR scans, assist with patient preparation, and communicate with providers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
• Experience using EPIC EMR and Microsoft Office preferred.
• Ability to multitask and maintain quality, safety, and patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Schedule MR exams for ED and inpatient cases and add-ons.
• Answer phones, screen patients, and page radiologists as needed.
• Assist MR workflow and patient transport and room turnover.
• Ensure pre-authorizations and orders are in place and accurate.
