Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking an Imaging Services Director to lead technologists and support staff, plan staffing, and ensure high‑quality images for diagnosis and treatment. You will develop operating budgets, monitor volumes and costs, and ensure regulatory compliance.

• BS in Healthcare Management or related field.
• Certification as required by imaging modality (ARRT, RDMS, etc.).
• Minimum 5 years of modality-specific experience with prior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and directs technologists and support staff engaged in creating images used in the diagnosis and treatment of disease.
• Develops work schedules to ensure proper staff coverage and enforces policies and procedures.
• Develops and controls operating budgets for supplies, expenses, wages, salaries and capital.
• Works with physician leadership to formulate or revise imaging protocols and ensure changes are communicated.
