Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Radiology Manager to direct day-to-day operations of Beverly and Addison Gilbert Hospital and BILHCC-Danvers Radiology. The role requires strong MRI operations background and multi-campus oversight.

Responsibilities include staffing, policy updates, staff meetings, student program oversight, budgeting, and accreditation efforts with Clinical Engineering and Imaging Informatics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, health care administration or similar.
• Valid Massachusetts DPH Radiation control license or ARRT certification.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of computer operations and hospital IT applications.
• Minimum of three years supervisory experience in health care.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations of Radiology across multiple campuses.
• Staffing, hiring, counseling and evaluation of employees.
• Develop and implement policies per guidelines and accreditation standards.
• Conduct staff meetings and rounds to promote communication.
• Oversee budgeting, productivity, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Monitor schedules and performance metrics and produce reports.
