Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (BS/BA or BSN).
• MSN/MBA/MHA or related master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in health care delivery, with operations, planning and financial analysis.

Responsabilités

• Set strategic vision for divisions and execute mission.
• Oversee new multi-disciplinary program development.
• Lead division growth across LHMC and Beth Israel Lahey Health affiliates.
• Develop relationships with physician leadership and senior administration.
• Prepare departmental budgets and financial projections.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and quality goals.
