Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a seasoned Radiology Operations Leader to guide the division's technical initiatives, policy development, and staffing across the department. You will mentor staff, ensure safety, quality and QA/QI programs, and partner with hospital leadership to optimize efficiency and budgets.

The role requires leadership experience, 3+ years as a technologist or sonographer, and radiology licensure/certification; a preferred associate's degree.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience as a technologist or Sonographer.
• License, certification, and/or registry in Radiology.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire (AHA).
• Advanced technical computer skills for systems support.

Responsibilities

• Represents the division on technical leadership initiatives and interfaces with hospital departments.
• Informs, trains and communicates to ensure team morale and effectiveness.
• Manages inventory of supplies and equipment and monitors procedure mix.
• Maintains and revises the division's policy and procedure manual.
• Participates in QA/QI, safety, and budget planning for the department.
