Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health’s Danvers-based Radiology leadership role oversees the Beverly and Addison Gilbert Hospital and BILHCC-Danvers Radiology departments. A strong MRI background and multi-campus oversight are essential.

The Manager, Diagnostic Imaging leads staffing, policy development, and budgeting while ensuring regulatory compliance and accreditation across modalities. Excellent communication and leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Strong background in MRI operations and multi-campus oversight.
• Minimum of three years of supervisory experience in hospital or health care.
• Experience developing budgets and monitoring financial metrics.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs day-to-day operations of Radiology departments across campuses.
• Oversees staffing, hiring, counseling and evaluation of employees.
• Develops and implements policies in line with regulatory guidelines.
• Monitors schedules, performance metrics and QC initiatives.
• Manages budgets, capital planning and reporting.
• Obtains and maintains ACR accreditation and re-accreditation.
• Researches new technologies and leads special projects.
